Cancellation Policy

Kosteloos annuleren of omboeken van een afspraak kan tot 48 uur van tevoren. Stuur ons daarvoor bij voorkeur een e-mail. Tot 24 uur van tevoren wordt bij een wijziging of annulering 50% van het consult bedrag in rekening gebracht. Binnen 24 uur of in het geval van een 'no-show' zijn wij helaas genoodzaakt om de kosten van de afspraak volledig in rekening te brengen. Wij danken u voor uw begrip! Cancelling or changing your appointment free of charge is possible up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please e-mail us if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or change up to 24 hours prior to your session, we will charge 50% of the consultation fee. Any changes and cancellations within 24 hours or a 'no-show' will be charged as the full amount of the consultation. Thank you for your understanding!
